Question: How can i file a complaint with livemocha related to an unexplained account termination?

After being a very happy member of Livemocha for two days, Livemocha suddenly terminated my account, alleging only that I had violated their terms of service. I have pored over the terms of service again and again and know I have done NOTHING to violate them. All inquiries to Livemocha, via their support email, feedback form, blog and community manager email have been flat out ignored. It has now been 72 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do or who to contact? Thanks! Update: I finally got help from Livemocha (Livemocha, if you are reading this... Thanks!). I took them a long time, but I guess maybe I shouldn't expect such quick customer service from a site that is free. For anyone reading this that is having trouble reaching customer service, try the community manager email. To Livemocha's credit, it doesn't look like many people have encountered account access glitches like I did. Anyway, I haven't found anyone else who has! Sorry, typo!
