I have recently begun to think so. Look at where we've come technologically speaking since then...internet, satellite technology i.e. cell phones, i-pods, and it's all happened very quickly.

I think the Germans had a lot more tech than we all found out about. This was an era of finding uses for a lot of that. A lot of things stayed classified until much later, so I think it's reasonable to assume that some of those German-inspired things still are.

Good question. When you get a definitive, provable answer to that, let me know, wouldja? Cause there is so much cover up and mystery and conspiracy theory surrounding it that no one knows anymore. Most of the people who were actually there have died.

My personal opinion is that a german v-2 rocket went off course from white sands new mexico. the gyros were in pretty bad shape. the fuel pumps were a hydrogen peroxide motor thing. probably the "aliens " were children that started jacking with the crash debris and got hosed by a peroxide explosion...thus witnesses saying they saw little bodies and some were still walking around. thus the cover up, the program was too important to lose momentum from a public outcry. plus the technology was top secret. also there was a report that wernher von braun was seen in roswell that day, the scientist from the v-2 program which ultimately gave us intercontinental ballistic missiles, and apollo. mystery solved... this is a small portion of the v-2 tests at white sands, roswell was july 1947 there had not been a launch since May...at least one that was recorded the list is fairly regular until you get to may 29th 1947 where something new was introduced. en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/ List_of_V-2...
