Did I have astral projection?
When I was about 6, I had a very, very vivid dream where I died in my sleep. My spirit got up. I won't tell you the details, all I will say is I could see myself, and I was able to walk around and such, but in a spirit like way. Not kidding.It was very creepy, it still freaks me out a bit when I think about it.Does astral projection really exist? Did I experience it? O.o Just heard of it about five minutes ago, and read a bit on it, and it sounds exactly like what happened to me. Does astral projection really exist?

Anyone had an OBE? If so I want to know what your experiences were. Please tell me the situation, how you felt, what happened, etc. I had my first one, and I am a little bewildered. Serious answers only please Sorry for the few of you who didn't read my original post. I asked for serious answers only. Do not shove your religion down my throat. I do not believe in " The Devil" or demons, in my beliefs, The Devil or demons, exist within you. Therefor they are always trying to tempt you, it is the one true evil which exists in us all. Choosing light, and believing in a higher power is what enables us to live our lives surrounded by love. I don't think OBE is bad, it's not a " sin" , nor is it something I should fear. God gave you a brain, use it. Sorry, but this bothered me. I don't need your prayers, or saving. I have an entirely different belief system then you, and you have no right assuming its wrong. Theres my rant. Onto this. I wasn't meditating when I did it, I was just starting to wake up. I lifted up, and saw myself. Which shocked me fully awake, and I fell back into my body. It was a little scary. But I know God was with me, and my spirit guide. So I don't fear what I saw.

What's a good method for astral projection?
I have had a few out of body experiences in my past, but only one of them was self initiated. I know that if you meditate and let your body fall asleep with your mind still awake, you can do it, but I haven't had much success recently in my attempts. As soon as I feel my body " vibrate" I lose focus. Do any of you project? If so, what suggestions can you offer me?
Why can't i achieve astral projection?
every time i try to astral project i can just move a little when i pretend dreams and i can only do it by accident. i can get to the vibration stage using binaural beats but when i do and i think of things i start moving. what should i think of to get out of my body?

in my first dream, i didnt feel it but i saw a grey hand lift out of my physical hand, then i was in a swimming pool telling my best friend that part of my soul came out of my bodyin my second dream, i felt my arms and legs being lifted out of my body, and my mouth kinda spazzed out, then i was in a castle telling my other best friend about itin my third dream, i dont remember much, but i flew out of my room and then i was flying but i couldnt tell what was on the groundive never had dreams like these before i found out what an obe is and the last two were really blurry
Does Astral Projection prove there is an afterlife?
If astral projection is real, and our spirit consciousness leaves our bodies... Does this mean when we die, our spirit consciousness will leave and go into some sort of afterlife?In my opinion consciousness survives physical death.

is it possible to see other souls during astral projection? I mean like when we walk out on the street, we see other people walking too. Is it same for astral projection? can we see other souls like that?
