Please answer only if you are knwoledgeable in this area, I dont really want to see people inulting the practice I could care less about your opnion...Anywho...When attempting to AP, I cant seem to reach the vibrational state really strongly anymore. I remember the first time I tried it a few weeks ago, I felt the vibrations very intensly, along with higher pulse. I have not come this close again to projecting since. I attempt usually every day before going to sleep. What could I be doing wrong?
What to do if physical discomfort is holding you back from astral projection?
I have whiplash in my neck and shoulders ever since i got in a car wreck two years ago. I underwent a little physical therapy but i didn't have enough money to pay for it. When ever I try to astral project I'm always stuck in partial sleep paralysis becuase my neck and shoulders will feel like they have a lot of pressure on them. This physical discomfort always causes me to not be able to convert the partial paralysis into a full paralysis.This pain is not super painful more as it is just annoying and discomforting every once in awhile. It seems like this is the only thing holding me back.Is there any way to block out the pain and still get into full paralysis?Thanx

What Do You See During An Astral Projection?
FIRST OF ALL PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THIS IS FAKE I had my first astral projection experience yesterday, when i went into the trance like state, i started seeing a mountain zooming up to me really fast. Everything that i saw through my closed eyelids were black and white and this brings me to my question, when people astral project, do they see the images in color or in black and white like in an old film?
