Question: Do u believe in aliens and most particularly abductions?

So if u believe in aliens and abductions...do u believe that the experimenting that they do with and on humans is just their gaining knowledge. or is their a purpose? And if there is...is that purpose for the betterment of mankind or the worsening of it?

I believe that alien abductions are caused by an excessive release of dimethytryptamine (DMT) by the pineal gland in the brain. Clinical trials of synthetic DMT caused people to hallucinate the same "grey alien " type visions. Whether or not that means that there really are grey aliens that you can visit extra-corporeally or there are no aliens and that the visions are a phenomena characteristic of most people is open for interpretation. I think there are aliens, considering just how many billions of planets there are in our galaxy alone and factoring in how many billions of galaxies there are. I wouldn't be necessarily surprised if either scenario were the case above. My mind would be blown if there were undeniable evidence that we are alone in the universe, not the other way around. But I won't assert it as truth, or believe it, until I see quality evidence of it.

No and no. This has got to be the most stupid idea ever. But people will believe anything you tell them if it sounds too good to be true. Because people are suckers. PT Barnum knew this all too well.

To a point I believe it because almost all abduction stories are alike and all those people who claim it would not have the same story and from what i've seen and read alot of them seem to be the same. as for is it for the better or for worse who knows because I believe there is other life out there because the universe is huge the possibilities are truly endless.

I believe in aliens but not abductions. I don't think any aliens, if they are advanced enough, would want to see us primitive beings so urgently. I think if aliens were intelligent enough to travel to our planet (which I don't think they have), they would be intelligent enough to realise we are thinking and self-aware beings, so there would be NO testing.

Optimism + Drake equation tells me that there's a good chance there are aliens. However, I think more of us would have noticed if they were experimenting on us.
